📋 Description

• Create and refine test plans to validate features and bug fixes delivered by the development team; • Design and develop automated test cases for both backend and frontend components; • Identify opportunities to define, propose and implement automated test cases for regressions already identified by the team; • Research and recommend new approaches, tools and improvements to increase product quality and testing efficiency; • Actively participate in sprint planning and daily scrum meetings within the squads; • Collaborate closely with the development team and Product to enhance the existing product; • Maintain standards for production reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; • Experience with test automation, API testing and working with databases; • Relevant professional experience in QA beyond just test execution phases; • Experience with large software systems using Java, JavaScript or .NET; • Familiarity with Agile development practices (daily stand-ups, test-driven development, etc.); • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium or similar; • Proficiency in SQL; • Knowledge of Gitflow processes; • Experience in documenting business processes and training materials; • Ability to communicate in English; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent team player.
