📋 Description

• Closing Deals: Working warm leads, quoting across multiple carriers, and binding policies — auto, home, renters, pet • Customer Advisory: Helping customers understand their coverage options and making sure they are actually protected, not just cheaply insured • AI Collaboration: Working alongside our AI agents — providing feedback that makes them better, stepping in where human judgment matters • Book Building: Growing and retaining your book of business with renewals, cross-sells, and genuine customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) • Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales • You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote • You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows • You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry • Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech (Nice to Have)
