📋 Description
• Answer incoming communications from customers through inbound phone calls • Support email and webform inquiries during lower call volumes • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues • Provide information about shows, events, venue details, parking, and guest experiences • Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with CRM platforms • Computer experience • Reliable hard-wired internet connection • Must already reside in Canada • Availability to work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM EST • Flexibility to transition to daytime shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST based on business needs
