📋 Description

• Provide vision, execution, and direction for strategies, processes, and technologies delivering customer experience solutions • Attend morning meetings with internal teams and clients • Perform requirements analysis and design conversations for new projects • Work on Jira issues, build systems, and create CloudFormation/Serverless templates to deploy resources • Help junior team members with coding and teamwork challenges • Study new AWS services, tools, and programming languages to address project needs • Work with project managers on detailed discovery and sprint planning alongside client product owners • Make final technical decisions and handle professional conflict constructively • Contribute to organizational best-practice documentation • Stay current on AWS and broader industry developments • Improve practice delivery speed, quality, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture • Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, and VPC/Network configurations • 10+ years of development experience with a recent focus on Node.js/Typescript and AWS services • Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum • Ability to mentor junior team members and provide constructive correction • Ability to learn quickly • Love of technology and current development best practices, especially AWS services
