• Provide technical support to the Americas Region • Work closely with the Sales organization; Manufacturers’ Reps and Distributor Field Sales Teams to identify opportunities and drive NBO closure • Support existing customers and current sales • Provide technical training for all partners and customers as needed • Provide input on NPI opportunities and Market Development
• B. Eng Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of three years of technical field or inside technical sales support or engineering design with significant customer support • Strong knowledge and experience in key markets of Industrial; Health Sciences; Aviation; Military; Space • Ability to travel within the region (Americas) up to 60% of the time as required to support customers and business growth • Experience working with OEMs and distributors, with demonstrated win rate and business growth • Experience with application knowledge, problem solving and overall product knowledge • Must possess ability to effectively manage multiple priorities to achieve goals in support of multiple customers and sales managers • Possess the ability to effectively collaborate and work across organizational and cultural boundaries to drive new applications; new product ideas and markets • Strong team player with good English written and verbal communication skills required • Knowledge of Microsoft office
