📋 Description

• Provide the overall vision, strategy, and leadership for the business group. • Sets the goals and objectives for the group, including orders, sales, growth, operating performance, budget. • Lead the development of market, product, and technology strategy. • Development of plans to implement strategy. • Maintain a good understanding of the customers’ new products and program development needs. • Lead a team of program managers to develop and implement business plans, schedules, and budgets. • Monitor and provide direction and leadership for assigned staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or a related field. • 15+ years of leadership experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry with focus on Radar and RF Technology. • Experience with successful implementation of organizational change. • Experience within the A&D electronics industry and manufacturing experience preferred.
