📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and update internal IT applications per specifications and business needs. • Perform high level IT application implementation, optimization, and support activities. • Lead small to medium size complex projects with oversight and may be a key leader in large projects. • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff. • Research and resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and ten (10) years of relevant experience OR Associate degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or related field and eight (8) years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or related field and six (6) years of relevant experience. • Excellent customer service orientation and good communication skills. • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities, initiatives, and tasks. • Ability to work within a team and to be successful in a team environment. • Knowledge of project management methodology.
