📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in managing projects to quality standards and completing them efficiently and on time • Manage construction-process tasks, including submittals and RFIs • Assist with proposals for new projects and project variations • Establish and maintain project governance, processes, and systems • Share and retain key project information and data • Build relationships with clients and project team members • Interface with executive management, project teams, consultants, and vendors • Coordinate project information flow among stakeholders • Attend meetings and maintain issues and actions logs • Transcribe meeting minutes and drive action items to closure • Develop detailed project plans and follow up on completion status • Contribute to monthly client program reporting • Prepare project management reports, executive dashboards, and other reports • Manage submittal approvals, RFIs, change orders, meetings, punch lists, observation reports, commissioning, and close-out documentation • Assist with supplier and resource procurement • Monitor performance management techniques with the Project Manager • Monitor and report project costs and spending; maintain cost tracking and EVM systems • Liaise with the client finance team to obtain, review, and report financial and cost data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field • Minimum 3 years of applicable experience • Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic • Effective and collaborative team membership • Exposure to project management software systems • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google tools • Strong communication skills • Ability to comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
