📋 Description

• Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion • Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption • Work with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes • Conduct requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop improved methods and contribute to products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Coach others and model organizational values • Influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams • Support SOX control responsibilities where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Financial services client experience required • Retail construction program experience highly desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
