📋 Description

• Support statewide quality improvement and workforce development programs • Develop and implement curriculum on maternal and infant health for nurses, community health workers, physicians, and EMTs • Research topics and sources • Develop instructional materials and assessments • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure education reflects high-quality clinical evidence • Secure approvals from credentialing bodies • Develop external partnerships for training delivery • Manage workplans and reporting • Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to define curriculum goals and learning objectives • Incorporate clinical practice recommendations, evidence-based guidelines, and interventions • Apply pedagogical best practices, active learning, and supportive assessments • Develop syllabi, presentations, checklists, guides, and flipbooks • Coordinate educational-material review and approval • Establish partnerships to recruit learners and deliver trainings • Develop and implement data collection systems for reporting and quality monitoring • Serve as an expert trainer • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing plus four (4) years of project leadership/management experience required • Must have a current/active RN license • Familiarity with continuing education accreditation processes (CME, CNE, EMS CE) • Graphic design capabilities • Excellent attention to detail • Applicants must upload a resume to be considered for the position • Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
