📋 Description

• Manage billing operations and provider credentialing processes within the centralized billing office • Oversee billing staff • Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims • Manage credentialing for healthcare providers • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements • Drive process improvements and achieve operational efficiencies • Optimize revenue cycle performance • Lead and motivate the billing team

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field required • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or financial operations • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role • Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations • Experience with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team • Proven track record of driving process improvements, achieving operational efficiencies, and optimizing revenue cycle performance • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to billing, collections, provider credentialing, and healthcare privacy laws • CPB, CRCS, or CPMSM certification preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills
