📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including claim follow-up, status inquiries, rejections, denials, and corrected claims • Serve as the primary interface for external partners and lead conversations regarding account discrepancies and financial disputes • Reconcile customer accounts, payment applications, and offsets across NetSuite and Candid billing systems • Enforce sub-ledger data standards and proactively mitigate downstream data risks • Diagnose billing discrepancies and compile actionable summaries for leadership • Analyze payer-specific reimbursement trends, payment issues, underpayments, and systemic errors • Translate complex medical billing, denial, and reimbursement issues for non-billing stakeholders • Manage high-volume daily posting activities and month-end deadlines • Refine billing guidelines and establish new processes to improve revenue cycle performance • Monitor credit balances and propose refunds, write-offs, or bad debt adjustments according to payer policies • Lead onboarding and partner setup calls with new health plans and partners • Validate invoicing and claims integrations before launch • Identify and resolve payment blockers during onboarding • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and government payer policies • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding • Experience with EOB reconciliation • Proficiency in B2B and patient billing and collections • Technical literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace • Ability to independently manage high-velocity, complex workloads • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create processes from scratch • Ability to lead high-stakes external partner meetings • Ability to translate complex billing issues into clear insights for non-billing stakeholders • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining 100% data accuracy • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Twin Health cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
