📋 Description

• Deliver revenue and drive growth for Twist Bioscience sequencing products in the assigned territory • Provide accurate revenue forecasts throughout the fiscal year • Monitor competitor products and commercial strategies, escalating activities in a timely manner • Provide customer feedback and identify unmet customer needs • Attain quarterly and annual revenue targets • Deliver timely territory forecasts • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels • Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans • Develop and execute supply agreements • Collaborate with product management, R&D, and operations to minimize time to revenue • Maintain the CRM database • Represent the company at relevant tradeshows • Raise awareness of the competitive landscape and introduce new product ideas to internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling life science reagents and solutions • Experience selling next generation sequencing target enrichment products • Demonstrated technical knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing applications • Proven track record of delivering financial targets on a quarterly and annual basis • Technical sales and support or field applications background preferred • Salesforce.com experience preferred • Demonstrated scientific problem-solving skills • Technical depth in synthetic biology applications and workflows • Excellent customer consultative selling skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to thrive in a start-up/change-oriented environment • Proven coaching, mentoring, team-building, and leadership skills • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a similar field preferred
