📋 Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows • Configure tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications • Develop Flow Designer/workflows and automated processes • Configure ACLs, roles, permissions, and RBAC • Build reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports • Develop and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs • Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration experience • Strong ServiceNow HRSD experience (listed as an added advantage) • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes • Experience with ACL, RBAC, ServiceNow security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations • Experience with testing, deployment, and production support • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
