📋 Description

• Serve as an elevated, licensed point of contact for policyholder and claimant questions • Explain and process claim payments accurately according to company policy • Process first payments for insureds and reissue payments already issued on claims • Provide licensed-level explanations of coverage, policy terms, and claim status • Advise parties regarding liability and coverage information • Determine liability and investigate coverage related to insured losses • Handle escalated questions and disputes beyond entry-level CSR authority • Document interactions and payment activity in company systems • Refer matters requiring investigation, coverage determination, or settlement to an upper-level adjuster • Serve as a resource for entry-level CSRs on licensed-scope questions • Maintain compliance with company policy and Florida DFS regulations • Adhere to departmental productivity, quality, attendance, and customer service standards • Determine claim-process next steps and move claims toward closure, including coverage and liability reviews on first-party losses

🎯 Requirements

• Active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license in good standing • At least 1 year customer service experience, or a comparable P&C insurance service role • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Sound independent judgment • Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish) • Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, Tennessee, Indiana, or Virginia • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must satisfy employment eligibility requirements
