• Executing API calls and performing SQL queries • Provide operational expertise for projects • Gain knowledge on product developments • Revise processes and workflows • Assist in ticket escalations • Partner with Product & Engineering teams • Identify and provide creative solutions for challenges • Offer solutions to clients in a de-escalating manner
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant professional experience at a B2B software company • Very analytical and tech-savvy • Very good Excel skills and API knowledge • Ability to quickly familiarize with new issues • Structured and independent work style • Familiarity with a changing environment • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Understanding of client needs and service-oriented support • Natural coordinator with a big-picture focus and attention to detail • Curiosity and motivation to learn new things • Academic degree or equivalent vocational training • Fluency in English
