📋 Description
• Answer incoming patient phone calls regarding balances due • Make outgoing collection calls regarding balances due • Resolve patient questions • Contact appropriate sources when necessary • Conduct account investigation and follow-up • Collect self-pay balances • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred • Three or more years of experience in a medical office directly related to Patient Services Department and Central Eligibility Team • Must be a resident of Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Texas
