📋 Description

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals • Translate complex customer needs into structured AI solution plans using Unframe’s platform • Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists • Write detailed product specifications and define prompt/context structures driving solution behavior • Balance speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact in product decisions • Identify repeatable patterns and collaborate with the Platform team to improve reusable capabilities • Act as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle • Help build AI systems delivering value to global enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products • Strong systems thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and execution skills • Comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities • Curiosity and excitement around AI products, LLMs, and emerging technologies
