📋 Description

• Provide technical direction and guidance to the IT Infrastructure Team • Manage the daily tasks and priorities of the IT Infrastructure Team • Assigning and managing tasks and projects using Azure DevOps to balance workload and capacity • Manage the implementation of future infrastructure technology solutions with direction from Senior Infrastructure partners • Manage on-premises and cloud environments including AWS, Active Directory, Azure, Entra, and M365 resources. • Establish metrics and reporting to measure maturity and adoption for incident, change, and problem management • Establish and maintain technology standards, templates, and technical documentation as necessary • Develop a strong culture of customer service and exceeding partner expectations on a daily basis • Develop and implement formal training and onboarding practices to promote growth and development within IT Infrastructure team

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience • Leadership experience in IT support focused on managing end user technology and teams • Experience leveraging effective communication and collaboration techniques to establish relationships with leaders across IT • Experience automating system maintenance and routine activities • Extensive experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft technologies including Azure, Active Directory, Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune and M65 • Experience and knowledge of project management principles, including ownership of project scope, scheduling, resources, risk, and issue management
