📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of direct reports to exceed (sales) targets within the annual operating plan and foster professional growth. • Develop and execute sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and optimize sales channels to maximize revenue. • Establish KPIs, track team performance, and report sales metrics to senior management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business expansion. • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales initiatives with divisional objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against goals, and report on pipeline health and revenue projections.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience with proven leadership capabilities. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. • Tactical thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management. • Leadership and team development • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Excellent customer relationship management • Adaptability to changing business environments • Ability to inspire and coach a diverse team toward high performance
