📋 Description

• Actively build and operate Upbound Spaces • Take ownership of building features • Investigate and debug complex issues • Communicate through design documents and reviews • Support the full project lifecycle • Write and maintain Go code • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes services • Build and maintain operational tooling • Author documentation and user guides • Support the software release cycle • Participate in on-call rotation

• Experience operating production cloud services at scale • Strong debugging skills across distributed systems • Experience building and operating controllers that interact with the Kubernetes API server • Comfortable working directly with customers • Take responsibility for solving problems during incidents • Demonstrated excellence in work • Empathy for customers • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills • Willingness to create a safe environment for learning and growth
