📋 Description

• Upstart is the leading AI lending marketplace partnering with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit. • More than 80% of borrowers are approved instantly, with zero documentation to upload. • Upstart’s lending partnership team is growing, and we are excited to hire a Strategic Account Executive who can help us take loan sales to the regional bank market to the next level. • Engage targeted banks in discussions around loan sales. • Develop a network in banks and related organizations to drive more engagement target market. • Partner with business development teams at Upstart to advise on campaigns to generate interest. • Partner closely with solutions consulting teams at Upstart to build a compelling business case for banks. • Close new transactions with the target market

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of complex loan sales experience to banks or credit unions • Strong network in the industry to generate demand • Ability to self-start and operate independently without a lot of day to day supervision • Strong understanding of how and why banks will want to partner with Upstart • Experience in using AI to optimize your selling process • 15+ years of experience in loan sales • Deep bench of contacts to leverage • Understanding of bank balance sheet strategy
