📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle, before signature and after it • Lead discovery, architecture and security reviews, proofs of value, and technical decision conversations • Expand customer adoption from the first workflow to additional workflows in new and existing accounts • Build workflows, custom steps, and integrations with customers’ GitHub or GitLab, Jira or Linear, Slack, and existing CI systems • Translate customer problems and feedback into structured input for product and engineering roadmaps • Capture deployments as reusable reference architectures, workflow templates, and documented approaches • Handle security questionnaires, architecture reviews, compliance questions, and RFP inputs • Deliver technical workshops and executive briefings tailored to stakeholders • Contribute to early deployments and develop scalable delivery patterns for partners and other architects • Collaborate with product and engineering teams and customers across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical roles, with substantial time in customer-facing architecture, including solutions architecture, principal or lead pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, professional services, or founding engineer work with design partners • Ability to code and be useful within unfamiliar codebases and CI setups within a few days • Comfort with at least one of PHP and Symfony, JavaScript and TypeScript, Python, or Go • Fluency in Git workflows, CI/CD, testing strategy, code review practice, and release management • Knowledge of containers, environments, secrets handling, cloud primitives, and production operations • Experience building with AI agents, including multi-step agentic workflows, tool and MCP integration, context engineering, evaluating and steering model output, and cost and latency tradeoffs • Working understanding of governance, audit, and cost control in agentic systems • Ability to anchor technical conversations in business outcomes • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, security, and finance stakeholders • Strong written communication for architecture documents, runbooks, and briefs • Comfort working across time zones • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the US • Must pass a background check
