📋 Description

• At UptimeAI, our mission is to build an expert system that acts as a trusted advisor to every machine operator. • UptimeAI is transforming manufacturing operations with enterprise AI software designed for heavy industries like power generation, renewables, refining, chemicals, and cement. • Your focus will be on industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, and Renewables. • Drive revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs. • This role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, customer-centric solution selling. • You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients for our predictive maintenance solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Energy • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise deals. • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and forecasting. • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets. • Growth in pipeline and new customer acquisition. • High level of client satisfaction and retention within the initial stages of engagement
