📋 Description

• Lead Cash and Carry operations and provide general management to store-level leaders • Ensure stores increase sales and improve relations with customers and vendors • Partner with the Cash and Carry leadership team on growth strategies and operational efficiencies • Coach, counsel, and correct management personnel to drive goal alignment and performance against plan • Evaluate, hire, and train management personnel • Operate against standards and within budget • Ensure labor models provide coverage and deliver budgeted goals • Lead and advocate safety programs, environmental compliance, employee safety, and facility security • Administer and enforce company policies across individual stores • Determine causes of store-specific problems and help find solutions • Establish store visit schedules to inspect displays, products, and compliance with Corporate Office protocols • Supervise District Store Managers • Interact with employees throughout the company, customers, and other service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience managing a multi-unit retailer or equivalent industry experience • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Knowledge of financial operations and processes • Analytical skills to diagnose root cause of deficiencies • Ability to analyze information, identify root causes and develop/implement approved solutions • Effective oral and written communication skills • Experience selecting, assessing, coaching, and developing managers, preferably in retail environment • Ability to form strong partnerships across reporting relationships • Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, driving and flying • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
