• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across healthcare revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, billing, claims management, payment posting, denials, collections, and reporting • Manage and execute automation project plans, timelines, deliverables, and implementation activities • Prioritize automation initiatives with operational stakeholders based on business needs and impact • Track implementation milestones, risks, and outcomes • Lead end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, and operational risks • Standardize workflows and operational practices for scalable automation solutions • Redesign workflows to improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and employee experience • Monitor, project, and report KPIs related to automation performance, operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and adoption • Manage implementation, testing, deployment, lifecycle management, and optimization of automation technologies • Collaborate with IT, data, analytics, vendors, operations, finance, compliance, and executive leadership • Ensure automation solutions align with compliance, security, audit, and regulatory standards • Translate operational challenges into scalable automation solutions and actionable business requirements • Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives • Communicate project progress, risks, outcomes, and ROI to senior leadership and stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities and provide mentorship and subject matter expertise • Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and training related to automation initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field required • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, automation, project management, or related functions • 3–5 years of experience leading automation projects, process improvement initiatives, or cross-functional implementations • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions, workflows, payer processes, and regulatory considerations • Experience implementing automation technologies and process improvement initiatives within complex healthcare environments • Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with operational, technical, and business stakeholders • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills • Candidates must reside in the United States; US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska • Experience with healthcare platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, or similar systems preferred • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms preferred • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications preferred • Experience supporting AI-enabled workflow automation or process transformation initiatives preferred • Familiarity with HIPAA and CMS regulations preferred • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
