📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting through phone, LinkedIn, email, and other channels • Run cold discovery and social selling to book demos for the sales team • Work with demand generation on monthly target accounts • Own handoffs to the Account Executive team • Follow up on demo requests • Test and optimize outreach strategies and channels to meet quota • Occasionally travel to annual conferences and company events • Become a product expert and prospect using UserGems • Collaborate with marketing on pipeline-generating campaigns • Experiment with an emerging book of business while following campaign roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role, consistently exceeding goals and key metrics • Not afraid of the phone; experience with early-stage prospecting or a clear case for excelling at it • Cold-calling experience into sales, marketing, or revops is a bonus • Ability to share new ideas and take feedback • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, motivated, and relentless about outcomes • Interest in AI and using it to work smarter or think more creatively • Willingness to travel to annual conferences and company events
