📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation • Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements • Actively contribute hands-on to implementation and problem-solving • Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team • Provide technical guidance and decision-making support • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations • Promote Client Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Must have technical debt remediation experience • Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving • Technical leadership and decision making • Stakeholder management and communication • Risk and dependency management • Technical planning and prioritization • Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance • Nice to have: Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) • Nice to have: DevOps and automation practices • Nice to have: Enterprise architecture knowledge • Nice to have: Agile/Scrum experience • Nice to have: Metrics and reporting skills • Nice to have: Coaching and mentoring experience • Nice to have: Change management capabilities • Nice to have: Continuous improvement mindset • Availability for US time with some time overlap with GDS (India)
