📋 Description

• You'll work as the founder’s right hand, taking on high-impact projects across growth, operations, automation, recruiting, and events. • You’ll have a seat at the table for key strategic decisions and be trusted to take fuzzy, ambiguous ideas and turn them into executed reality. • This isn’t a narrow or repetitive role. One week you might be running a scrappy GTM campaign; the next, building an internal automation or hosting an industry dinner. • For the right person, this role can evolve into Head of Ops, Head of Growth, or Chief of Staff. • Touch almost every part of the company: Growth & GTM, Operations & Automation, Applied AI, Recruiting & Partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant exposure to startups and early stage companies. • You’ll be talking to and selling directly to early-stage founders. • Track record of independently taking projects from 0 → 1 • Comfortable with automation tools and “vibe coding” platforms. • VC associate / Analyst - Understand markets, GTM, and startup pace • Former founder or early stage employee • Experience planning and running events or community initiatives. • Comfort with light technical tasks (APIs, no-code tools).
