📋 Description

• Pitch and write original stories on airlines, airports, lounges, cabins, executives and pilots • Bring an expert read to aviation news: what changed, why it matters, and what it means for travelers • Track article performance and use the results to improve future work • Follow TheTravel's Editorial Guidelines and work with the Lead Editor to implement feedback quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in aviation or 3+ years covering aviation as a journalist or writer • Deep knowledge of airlines, airports and the commercial aviation industry • Frequent flyer with first-hand experience of airports, lounges and cabins • Strong research and reporting skills • SEO knowledge and experience with a CMS are a plus • CV • Cover letter • At least one sample article similar in nature to the content published on TheTravel • A writing evaluation may be required as part of the application process • Contributors must adhere to Valnet's Editorial Standards, including a prohibition on using Artificial Intelligence
