📋 Description

• Embed in a Forward Deployed Experience Pod and work directly with clients to understand and redesign workflows • Own the pod’s workflow, KPIs, alignment, and success metrics • Redesign human experiences around AI • Break complex business problems into composable, shippable work and drive daily production progress • Collaborate in the client’s technology stack with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Experience Designer • Partner with Valtech leadership and client executive sponsors to address legal, compliance, architecture, risk, governance, and internal-politics barriers • Govern, secure, evaluate, and measure AI outcomes using evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design • Create frameworks that demonstrate solution effectiveness and sustainability after the pod leaves • Transfer ownership to domain experts through documentation, conventions, and team rituals • Identify and communicate follow-on opportunities from embedded client work • Contribute lessons, patterns, and practices to the evolution of Valtech’s FDE practice

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy, product organization, or embedded-team environment • Track record of shipping production software, not just running discovery • T-shaped product skills with hands-on engineering and UX design experience • Ability to read and reason about code • Ability to prototype interactions in Figma • Ability to hold technical and design trade-off conversations • Proven experience taking AI or ML solutions from concept into production • Experience navigating people, process, and governance challenges related to AI production • Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling across the SDLC • Experience with AI-assisted requirements and synthesis • Experience prototyping with tools such as Figma Make or Claude • Experience with AI-accelerated development pairing • Experience with agent evaluation frameworks • Strong executive presence and hands-on credibility • Ability to break ambiguous business problems into composable, shippable work • Solid commercial awareness and comfort with milestone-based engagements • Experience in modern delivery environments and adapting operating models • Track record of coaching domain experts into solution ownership • Ability to work in client technology stacks alongside engineers and designers
