📋 Description

• Serve as technical lead for customer engagements, aligning business objectives, engineering priorities, and technology opportunities • Partner with executive sponsors, product leaders, and engineering teams to define technology roadmaps and drive AI-native adoption • Lead cross-functional workshops and solution design sessions • Act as trusted advisor while contributing hands-on to architecture, coding, and deployment • Champion responsible AI practices, AI-assisted development workflows, automation, and continuous experimentation • Mentor customer engineers and internal teams on software development, AI-native delivery, architecture, and operational best practices • Lead technical discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution planning to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable solutions and delivery roadmaps • Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and similar AI-assisted engineering tools to design, build, test, and optimize software • Design and implement scalable solutions integrating applications, services, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms • Architect and deliver modern software systems using AI-native development practices • Work across cloud platforms, development frameworks, programming languages, and enterprise environments • Design and implement data integrations and pipelines for structured and unstructured data • Build and maintain integration layers connecting custom software with enterprise systems, APIs, legacy platforms, identity providers, security controls, and data services • Develop observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks • Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems, applications, integrations, and cloud environments • Co-build with customer engineering teams and introduce AI-assisted workflows, automation, and modern engineering approaches • Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend ways to improve customer delivery outcomes • Ensure handoff to customer teams through documentation, knowledge transfer, and adoption support • Maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, solution designs, and implementation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software development background designing, building, and delivering production-grade applications and platforms • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows for solution design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery • Demonstrated AI-native mindset incorporating AI into development workflows • Architecture and systems integration experience connecting applications, services, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems • Experience with structured and unstructured data sources, databases, and enterprise data ecosystems • Ability to work across diverse technology stacks, programming languages, cloud environments, and customer requirements • Experience using AI and agentic principles to build software products and accelerate engineering outcomes • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience deploying cloud resources via Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools • Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating ambiguous business goals into technical roadmaps • Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise IT infrastructure, authenticated APIs, legacy data systems, and corporate security perimeters • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites • AI proficiency for productivity • Outstanding communication, leadership, and client engagement skills • Fluency in English • Applicants must be from Québec, Ontario, or British Columbia • Nice-to-have: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field • Nice-to-have experience with advanced agentic AI systems, MCP servers, operational excellence for AI platforms, production AI applications, enterprise AI architecture, human-centered AI design, large-scale AI transformation, modern application architecture, API development, cloud-native design, and distributed systems • Nice-to-have cloud platform or AI certifications, including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Anthropic Claude, Gemini Enterprise, or other recognized AI platform certifications
