• Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from research and qualification through appointment setting (by phone, email and LinkedIn) to conducting demos, needs analysis, negotiation and closing. • Present our platform to prospective customers and tailor the value proposition to their specific needs. • Targeted outreach to decision-makers in the financial sector, e.g. tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices and banks. • Actively contribute to and continuously optimize the sales strategy for your target market. • After successful onboarding (approx. 3–6 months): take responsibility for an SDR to support lead generation and demo scheduling in your market.
• Proven track record closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment — ideally in FinTech or a related sector. • Strong commercial instinct — you identify opportunities, confidently navigate buying processes and create a sense of urgency. • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, especially in the financial sector where trust and credibility are critical. (Experience selling to tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance teams or banks is a strong plus.) • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, solicit feedback and set ambitious goals for yourself. • Team player — while working independently, you value close collaboration with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to achieve shared success. • Excellent communication skills in German and English — you adapt your messaging to different audiences and persuade with clear arguments.
