📋 Description

• Own delivery timelines for software, integration and platform projects for retailer clients • Maintain project plans, milestones and dependencies in project management software • Run sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, release planning, UAT and go-live readiness • Identify slippage, assess causes and impacts, and reset dates and expectations • Manage cross-team and third-party dependencies, including client-side technical work • Communicate project status, risks, blockers and escalations to senior management • Manage change requests and communicate scope, timeline and resourcing trade-offs • Define and share project management best practices, including Jira standards, RAID, status reporting and release processes • Lead post-launch and post-release retrospectives • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects with engineering teams • Expert, hands-on Jira experience, including boards, sprints, epics, dependencies, workflows, dashboards and reporting • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methods • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including QA, UAT and release management • Solid understanding of technical systems, APIs and integrations • Track record of managing and negotiating project timelines • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across several organizations • Preferred experience in retail media, advertising or ad tech • Preferred experience in account management or another customer-facing role • PMP, CSM, SAFe or similar certification preferred • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time • Successful completion of a criminal background check required
