📋 Description

• Develop and execute AI-driven growth strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline • Build, manage, and improve AI-powered workflows across demand generation, outbound prospecting, social media, and marketing operations • Partner with Sales and RevOps on scalable campaigns, targeting, personalization, lead generation, and conversion optimization • Oversee AI-assisted campaign development, execution, testing, and optimization across multiple channels • Maintain brand quality and appropriate human oversight of AI-assisted campaigns • Translate product capabilities, customer use cases, and competitive insights into messaging and campaigns for technical buyers • Identify, test, and implement emerging AI technologies • Establish metrics for campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and AI-powered workflow impact • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and RevOps to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer needs • Automate repetitive marketing work, reduce manual effort, and increase output without sacrificing quality • Manage a team of AI agents and make daily campaign and budget iterations to maximize pipeline generation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a related discipline • Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows, agents, or marketing automation • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth outcomes, including pipeline generation, campaign performance, or customer acquisition • An MCP-first mindset • Comfort working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools • Ability to translate business objectives into automated workflows and measurable marketing programs • Strong analytical skills and willingness to experiment, iterate, and make data-informed decisions • Excellent written communication skills and ability to develop compelling messaging for technical audiences • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership • Experience marketing to developers, engineering leaders, cloud infrastructure teams, or FinOps professionals is nice to have • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AWS, Azure, GCP, or cloud cost management is nice to have • Experience building custom AI agents using LLMs, APIs, or orchestration platforms is nice to have • Experience implementing AI-powered outbound or account-based marketing programs is nice to have • Basic scripting or technical experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or APIs is nice to have • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company is nice to have • A former founder is nice to have • Must be authorized to work in the United States
