📋 Description

• Own the full spectrum of creative strategy, visual/content ideation and asset production SOPs • Lead the charge in collaborating and managing paid and organic research playbooks • Refine creative frameworks and establish repeatable processes for high-quality design • Manage regular performance reviews with creative strategists and designers • Document, design and optimize creative SOPs, templates • Oversee creative quality checks, final exports, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction • Proven track record of launching successful campaigns generating 8-9 figure revenues • Expertise in developing compelling concepts and visual storytelling • Experience managing and scaling creative teams of in-house designers/editors • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities
