📋 Description
• Email clients, answer telephones, and follow up on website inquiries • Schedule and confirm appointments • Place outbound follow-up calls and contact prospective clients • Present and explain fees and process payments • Answer questions about products and services • Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea and tick control • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence • Support the efficient and effective daily operation of the hospital
