📋 Description

• Spearhead Romanian recruiting efforts managing job posts and scheduling interviews • Source and screen candidates for open positions • Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Act as a point of contact for employee questions

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a recruiting capacity • 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist capacity • Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years of experience in a HR/recruiting capacity • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack • High level of discretion, confidentiality and maturity • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Experience in a progressive start-up environment a plus
