Vend Guys is a U. S. -based vending machine retailer and operator-services company that sells beverage, snack, and combo vending machines, cashless payment receivers, parts, and related components. They provide online storefront eCommerce, nationwide shipping from New Jersey, and operator-focused services such as managed storage, machine relocation, inventory and software guidance, and partnerships with VMS and cashless/EMV payment providers to enable smart, cashless vending solutions.

📋 Description

• Coordinate orders from purchase through fulfilment and delivery • Communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, shipping carriers, and internal teams • Track shipments, follow up on delays, and resolve delivery or logistics issues • Manage invoices, subscriptions, purchase orders, sales orders, and operational reports • Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipping information across company systems • Troubleshoot technical and operational problems independently • Create and maintain templates, forms, documentation, reports, and workflows • Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed and nothing is missed • Assist with customer onboarding and post-sale operational requirements • Identify inefficiencies and help improve company processes and automations • Support management with reports, research, data entry, and special projects • Handle sensitive company and customer information professionally and confidentially

🎯 Requirements

• Available full-time for a full 8-hour shift, either 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong logistics, coordination, and follow-up abilities • Highly organised, accurate, and detail-oriented • Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities • Confident working independently and taking full ownership of responsibilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to learn new systems quickly • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, databases, and online platforms • Able to investigate issues, find solutions, and communicate clear updates • Reliable, responsive, and available during required USA working hours • Experience with Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, WorkDrive, Forms, Flow, People, Sign, SalesIQ, and related integrations is a strong advantage • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce order management is a strong advantage • Experience with shipping platforms, fulfilment systems, inventory management, and delivery coordination is a strong advantage • Experience with workflow automation and system integrations is a strong advantage • Experience with customer service or operations support is a strong advantage • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and process documentation is a strong advantage • Must be available full-time, able to work USA hours, and have the listed skills
