• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred • 3–5 years of account management, client service, or insurance experience, ideally within a commercial or retail insurance environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, follow-through, and clear communication • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates client needs and delivers effective, timely solutions • Experienced with HubSpot, AMS, or similar CRM platforms; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools • Knowledge of—or strong interest in developing expertise in—insurance products, underwriting processes, consultative selling, and industry regulations
