📋 Description

• Strategically manage the business in the territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope product line • Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize opportunities identified through Total Available Market segmentation and analysis • Generate new business and maintain existing business • Understand customer needs, build rapport, and influence customers through presentations and creative solutions • Manage relationships with Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed stakeholders • Conduct in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations • Forecast business potential and maintain a sales pipeline supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals • Learn industry and market information and adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy • Engage in strategic business planning and execution • Provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccine • Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds • Must reside within territory; Cincinnati or Dayton is preferred, and Covington, KY is also acceptable • Required overnight travel of 1–2 nights per month on average to cover Cincinnati / Dayton / Northern Kentucky territory • Required travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in-person training as needed
