📋 Description

• Manage a territory of approximately 10 - 15 financial institution clients • Achieve assigned sales targets through account retention and growth activities • Grow existing relationships by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities • Lead consultative client conversations to uncover business needs • Collaborate with strategy, product, analytics, and delivery teams to develop proposals • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms while managing renewals • Build trusted relationships with clients through meetings and ongoing engagement • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline through discovery and opportunity management • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecast discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. • 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role • Experience selling into banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions preferred • 1–3 years of demonstrated proficiency in integrated multi-channel marketing • Demonstrated success leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Ability to use data, insights, and market context to create a compelling client vision. • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement. • Proven consultative and insights-based selling skills. • Knowledge of CRM systems and account management practices.
