📋 Description

• Participate in customer discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops. • Assist with configuring and implementing VersaFile software solutions. • Support software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities. • Help create implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment documentation. • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution. • Support content migration projects between document management and enterprise platforms. • Analyze customer data structures and business processes to support migration planning. • Assist with data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities. • Perform quality assurance, testing, and reconciliation of migrated content. • Investigate and resolve migration or integration issues. • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders throughout project delivery. • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, consultants, and architects. • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles. • Participate in product feedback discussions and continuous improvement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, business systems analysis, application support, ERP administration, or a related technical role. • Experience working with enterprise applications, document management systems, business software, or SaaS platforms. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. • Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly. • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and project activities simultaneously. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
