📋 Description

• Own and evolve the Microsoft partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps • Serve as the executive liaison to strategic VAR and ISV partners in the Microsoft channel • Lead joint planning sessions, executive business reviews, and strategic workshops to accelerate partnership outcomes • Drive adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions, ERP integrations, and co-innovation initiatives • Build and nurture relationships with top VARs, supporting their success through enablement, training, and joint sales plays • Develop and execute programs to onboard, certify, and activate new VAR partners • Launch and manage joint GTM campaigns with Microsoft and VAR partners, including product launches and co-marketing initiatives • Oversee account mapping, pipeline development, demand generation, and track partnership KPIs • Oversee partnership operations including contract management, program compliance, and reporting • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver seamless joint solutions • Ensure integration of Microsoft technologies with our ERP and payment platforms • Represent the company at Microsoft and industry events, partner summits, and conferences • Advocate for the needs of Microsoft and VAR partners internally to inform product and strategy decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred) • 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel leadership—preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem and with VAR/channel partners • Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud solutions, and enterprise software • Proven track record of building and scaling VAR ecosystems and driving joint GTM initiatives • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment
