📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate live and virtual events, including venue selection, scheduling, logistics, and on-site/online support • Support the organization’s presence at external industry events through registration, booth coordination, and materials preparation • Coordinate internal and external workshops and symposiums • Manage logistics for company-wide meetings and conferences, including agenda development, speaker coordination, and technical setup • Research vendors, maintain contracts, and liaise with external partners • Oversee attendee registration and compile post-event evaluations • Prepare summaries of event costs, attendee demographics, and feedback • Perform other related duties assigned to support team objectives and organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours during events • Legally authorized to work in Canada • Must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada • Must satisfy any additional security verification requirements imposed by specific customer contracts
