📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers • Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers and dryers, gas and electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwave ovens • Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems • Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations • Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment • Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology • Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training • Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance • Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in appliance repair; Whirlpool Brand Service specialization is sought • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair • HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently • Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs • High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual skills are a plus
