📋 Description

• Lead strategic turnaround and growth initiatives in emerging, underperforming, and high-opportunity donor recruitment markets • Conduct in-market assessments to identify operational challenges, process opportunities, and market growth potential • Develop and execute performance improvement plans supporting donor growth and collection goals • Partner with Executive Directors, Donor Recruitment leaders, and regional leadership • Coach and develop Donor Recruitment Managers and field leaders • Identify training opportunities and implement leadership development strategies • Support sponsor relationship retention, re-engagement of lapsed accounts, and new business development • Analyze market trends, donor recruitment performance, and operational metrics • Lead short-term interventions and longer-term strategic initiatives • Promote donor recruitment best practices, forecasting methodologies, territory planning, and operational standards • Collaborate with Marketing, Donor Care, Planning & Scheduling, Operations, and other internal partners • Advise regional leadership on strategic planning, change management, and performance improvement • Participate in enterprise-wide projects, councils, and initiatives • Travel nationally up to 50% for hands-on support, consultation, and leadership development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Eight years related experience required • Five years supervisory experience • Blood Bank experience preferred • Analytical, statistical, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities • Effective oral and written business communication skills • Participative management style • Strong team development and coaching skills • Ability to lead and motivate senior and executive-level managers • Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management • Proficient computer skills • Ability to travel 25%–50% • Ability to maintain confidentiality
