📋 Description

• Product Ownership: Build a deep working knowledge of how customer success teams use Vitally. • Customer Intelligence: Mine usage data, support patterns, and product signal at scale through AI tooling. • AI-Native Shipping: Operate fluently in Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent. • Outcome Accountability: Define the user-facing metrics that matter for your features before shipping. • Engineering Quality: Build the system that builds the product. • Cross-Functional Voice: Speak for the team across Vitally to Customer Success, Support, broader engineering, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep feature ownership. • A track record of product ownership. • An AI-native operating style. • A decisive shipping cadence. • Customer instincts you don't outsource. • Design taste. • Strong technical judgement. • Fluency in our stack: TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL.
