📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn • Target high-volume lender prospects and book demo appointments • Engage key decision-makers to identify pain points and propose solutions • Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, activity, and communication • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and strategy • Occasionally attend industry events and internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales or as a BDR (preferably with lenders) • 3+ years of total sales experience with a successful track record • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-driven and highly organized • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. • Experience in the automotive finance or dealership space is a bonus
