S. nurse-led clinical support. It partners with physician practices, hospitals, ACOs, and other providers to improve patient engagement, clinical outcomes, workflow efficiency, and revenue through real-time data, device integration, and billing/reimbursement support.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Work with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions • Ensure client satisfaction throughout partnerships with Vivo Care • Collaborate with sales, patient onboarding, and support teams • Handle client onboarding and support • Provide training and education • Drive product adoption and patient enrollment • Manage client accounts long term • Manage client relationships • Conduct reporting and analysis • Troubleshoot and provide support • Travel to the United States as needed to support new and existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex solutions clearly • Strong Excel skills • Comfort using digital platforms and software applications • Ability to adapt communications, presentations, and training to the audience • Background in insurance, claims reviews, or US healthcare is an asset • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare technology or a related field • Ability to travel to the United States as needed
